Hands down it's Shea Patterson of Ole Miss.

Can you imagine Florida, LSU or Auburn with this sophomore playing QB?

You may differ. If so tell your story of who's better................

Quarterbacks have been hard to come by ever since the T-Formation was installed to allow passing to be part of a football teams offensive fire-power. Good quarterbacks are hard to find today (just ask Florida & LSU). They must have good arms and great vision and some speed. It also helps if he is 6'-5" and weighs
225 lbs. with agility.

The best QB in the SEC doesn't even start. Tua is by far the best QB in the SEC, NFL ready as a true freshman. Everyone better pray Hurts doesn't get injured.

Saw him in the 2H.....going to be a good QB. I dont know if he is the best QB in the SEC right now. I personally dont think that if someone is the best QB in a conference they wouldnt be starting. Can he be....he has a good shot......just not at this moment.

I will tell ya that the UGA - BAMA games in the upcoming years are gonna be classics.

Cheers

Tough luck for Patterson. The kid played his heart out with little support around him.

Alabama's reserve QB is the "BEST" in the SEC. Jesus, no wonder this once great football
forum is in the dumps.

ANY, and I mean ANY IDIOT who follows Alabama football knows Saban plays his best
players. Just more silliness here and why solid football people avoid the stupidity here.

Are you seriously questioning my knowledge of Alabama football cloverleaf...? I have more documented bets/calls on Alabama and more money won on actual Vegas tickets than pretty much the entire forum combined.

Saban played Sims over Coker, Bateman over Coker, Barnett over Hurts...etc, etc. Saban doesn't always play the most talented player, especially if he is worried about the change in team chemistry. If you can't see that Tua is far more talented than Hurts...then you sir are the idiot that knows nothing about Alabama football, or football in general for that matter!

Well gardenpeas...I'm being called an "Idiot" by some expert who calls Nick Saban an idiot.

Makes my frecken day!

Who called Saban an idiot? I totally understand not upsetting team chemistry. My comment pertaining to Tua being the most talented SEC QB still stands...and you sir, didn't disagree, you stated in all caps that I was an idiot with other erroneous comments that I pointed out. You might want to add reading comprehension issues to your list of flaws that include the inability to evaluate QB talent.

Hey Cloverleaf, and anyone else that ever doubts my knowledge of SEC football, specifically Alabama...I'm wondering what you have to say now...?

You want a pat on the back because one player had a great "Half" of football during the entire season.

Before being hurt, Patterson was the best QB in the SEC. The Georgia QB was also better and proved
it over an entire season. Expert my ass!

pat....pat....pat.....................

Sure can Sol, just wanted everyone to remember some people ran their mouths in my direction and called me an "idiot," etc...and even after the fact, still arguing that he's not great and my call wasn't correct. Complete loss of credibility on evaluating football in my opinion.

God S-wipe, what grade are you in?

Going out on a limb but I guessing ninth.

Glad to have you partner because if you follow the forum for awhile you may learn something.
