OK, let me first say,,, rapes, and sexual assaults are horrible,,, the worst,,, and all of us on this site have women in our lives that have been subject to various levels of this,,, heartbreaking,,

my point is this,,, I would bet more men have been assaulted by women,, than women have been raped,,

let me be clear,,, by a man being assaulted,, I mean,, a woman has Trapped him with a baby so he OWES 18 years,,, OR,, a woman, USED her VAG to steal or manipulate from a man,, THATS ASSAULT!!

I live in a particularly liberal section of phoenix, so this is really in my face,, But hearing 1 side of the issue is fkn irritating,,

Almost every girl I know is posting a "me too" rape, assault and harassment are all different. I find it hard to believe they all have been "assaulted" before.

Actually it is not unless it is continual. But if you do it you are probably an asshole.

As far as the OP.....the comment is a bit ridiculous...Not only is it not assault but it is not the same on any level.

The truth is here is what we should do. It won't happen because it is not good for society
Since women have the only real choice of keeping a baby or getting an abortion...it really isn't fair but the only option is this.....And I belive it is fair
If you wear a condom or use birth control while having sex........and the wommen gets pregnant.....and decides to keep it....the man SHOULD have the option to opt out and thus the women knows if she has the kid it is totally her responsibility. I mean....if you are using birth control you are basically having an agreement you aren't going to have kids. So, if an accident happens why does the women have the 100% choice? This allows both people to have a choice. Keep in mind it isn't good for a society....but it would be fair to the two individuals. If you don't use birth control you have no claim. Pay up

You can't disagree with them or present mitigating factors either. For example, when you tell them all lives matter, they find that offensive. This thread is another example of that.

Only they get to define victims, they write the rules. Why they even think they're all moderates and anyone who disagrees with them is some sort of extremist.

They simply can't accept the fact that the world is not black and white, it's grey. Nor can they appreciate the fact that good and smart people can and do disagree.

Yes......why not? She has the choice to do what she wants either way....is that reasonable? In my scenario at least both people have the choice
Otherwise you are forced to pay up the ass regardless or she can have an abortion. Like I said my scenario is more fair

Mark,, this is my point with this thread,,, in the "ME TOO" postings,,, they include,, "feeling uncomfortable by a man" its pretty rediculous, and makes a mockery of the whole point,,, and that is Rapes and sexual assault are horrible,

they changed this law in germany, or norway??? just this year,,, they gave men EQUAL rights in pregnancy issues,, Which is Incredible!! and unheard of,,, god forbid, somehting is ACTUALLY fair,
a man has the exact same ability to say no or yes to any pregnancy,, and yes,,, she has to keep the baby if he wants it,, lolol,,,
