the 2014 win for nyr at home was an afternoon game. i remember this one quite well. i was at the mirage sitting in the sportsbar. i had my laptop with me and some guy who knew an associate of mine asked me what i liked btwn sj and nyr. i had nyr but since i was giving advice where he would spend some $ on it i checked on a few things. sj was playing in a 3/4 4g6n playing less than 24 hours later after stepping off the ice from a gm the previous night. sj was also being outshot every game in the early season i told this guy to go heavy on nyr and take the pl as well. he got in at around -120. nyr won 4-0.
flash forward and i see this line is higher than what it was that day.
perhaps ppl are going back on history to take the rangers here. i dont know.
all i know is west conf usually win these.
tor is an early stanley cup fav? after some time off from playing way too much hockey the la kings are back into form
and with aging vets they must know this is their last chance
