Original Poseidon adventure is awesome.

Have great memories watching those older movies with my dad. He showed me all of them. Can't wait to show my son the classics when he gets older

Yeah, Poseidon Adventure was YUGE and effected, touched American Movie Fans pretty deeply. Even more than the movie itself for me it was the Theme Song 'Morning After' by Maureen McGovern who may have been my very first "Crush" :):)

'Melody' seems like a crazy #1 but I saw it when I was young with that First Girlfriend and Initial Thoughts of desire to GTFO from the Home

to see the world, to adventure, to "escape" :):)

On it's surface nothings gonna seem particularly Special about the film at all to most, its the circumstances under which I saw it, it just one day was "there" on the TV. As the Director of 'Melody' said: "I tried to explore the concept of "Anarchy" that arises within a Household, as the child matures to that point where they begin to feel the tug of a desire to Get Up & Get Out, this "Innocent Anarchy" combined with a First Love."

I was LIVING THAT, at that moment when outta nowhere just flipping thru the channels there was that movie.

The BeeGees on The Soundtrack.

Glad that you're able to appreciate Classic Film. Thats Great. :toast:
