Was at the gym today and after being on the arc trainer I felt light headed nauseous and a sick feeling.so after I took a nitro pill I was feeling better but to be on the safe side I came to the emergency room at the hospital to get checked out.

hey thanks pal, appreciate the caring kind words,...yea i will listen to the docs for sure,i go to my cardiologist tomorrow to see if he wants to do a cardiac cath on me to see if my one stent is getting blocked,so we will see what he says,

man this dog is really keeping me busy,i do as much as i can, meaning how many days a week i get out training him or walking him.He is a good dog though thats for sure,....problem is,i have been going to neurologists also for the no feeling in my right arm,so that has been time consuming as i have to go to Philadelphia to see him cause, the ones here locally are just not as good,....anyway nice talking with you again, keep in touch Dnoonan

Well today I had my cardiac catherization done and to say the least things didn’t work out so well. I ended up having two major blockages and had to have two stents put in. I am not in the best of space right now,but I have no one else to blame except myself.Well I’m not going to spend to much time on here as I’m just going to lay in my hospital bed and hope to get some sleep

Key, it's a positive that you caught it.

You will probably feel better overall after all of this.

There are lots of ppl in their 30's who have to have this done, so don't let it weigh you.

I actually know a guy who was only 30-something & had a heart attack due to the same problem.

He had the same work done & past few years said he'd never felt better...
