It’s a constant battle because Evil continues to reinvent itself while Good prevails without having to do so.

I guess he feels he better do something Monday, because he might have to recuse himself by Friday

Love how he plays the political game too, proving once again he's part of the swamp. Leaks a vague release to a democratic news organization on FRIDAY so they can speculate about the charges all weekend and pretend they may actually have something to do with Trump and / or his campaign. The time for them to continue using that lie will soon be at an end.

Since the fake Russian story was paid for by the Democrats, given to the Democrats, used by Democrats to undermine the Trump administration and launch criminal wiretapping under false pretenses, and now involves the FBI which Mueller was part of, it's all going to get really ugly really fast for libtard nation

Comey's got bigger problems than any of us ever imagined, it's obvious he's too is part of the swamp

As for charges? Probably Manofort for some business dealing circa 2008, and NOTHING connected to Trump or the election or to help Trump

I would bet its Manafort going down in flames. Guy was pretty shady the last few years, and his house was raided by the FBI recently.

Reason being, he might not have done anything legally wrong, but probobly a few unethical things...

So, Mueller and his investigation needed something fast and quick with the Uranium and Dossier thing blowing up in their faces, and need something to keep the public from thinking about that.... BOOM!!! Manafort!!! Someone has to go down to keep the distraction going from the real collusion!

Sorry Manafort, you must pay the price in this witch hunt cause you aligned with the wrong party, and not the party of Comey, Mueller, Clinton, etc....

Flipping through the channels and thinking I came across the National Geographic channel before discovering it was AM Joy she starts talking about the media deflecting from the real news . To the MSNBCs of the world their thinking that the Uranium One story and the Democrats now taking full ownership of the phony dossier , a piece of garbage that could have started the whole Mueller investigation is deflection is LOL funny .

Uranium One Mueller fights back against calls for his resignation by getting indictments. The political timing shows him for the corrupt swamp scumbag he is.

Another swamp creature that needs to go and possibly end up in jail next to Comey, Lynch, Crooked Hillary...the list goes on and on.

I never said that he WASN'T in the Obama, you brain dead prick. That was then, and this is now, and since Twittler took over, Boente sold his soul, refusing to resign himself when Twittler made him fire 46 Distract Attorneys at once(like 2 AG's did back in the day when Nixon was implementing the Saturday Night Massacre), doing a "Yassah, Boss Man" by scrambling for 5 jobs in a short time. Now, look at how abruptly he resigned, no notice, effective immediately, after telling people he was looking forward to staying on, and tell me that was SOP, schmuck. As for the "witness" comment, Rachel Maddow lays out a very plausible reason why that could very well be the case-but, as usual, you talk outta yer ass before you know wtf is going on. Speaking of which, what happened to all those big mouth comments about the sexual assault info that I posted now being "law," asshole?

Maddow: Here’s the perfect reason why US Attorney Dana Boente may have mysteriously quit today

    Sarah K. Burris
    27 Oct 2017 at 22:22 ET

Rachel Maddow tackled the today’s breaking Mueller investigation news and Dana Boente‘s resignation as a perhaps-related two-fer in tonight’s episode of her MSNBC show.

Today, U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia, Dana Boente, quit his job. While that might not seem significant, Boente had been working for the Justice Department, serving as acting deputy attorney general while Attorney General Jeff Sessions was being confirmed. After Rod Rosenstein stepped in, Boente then took over managing the everyday operations at the Justice Department until a replacement could be hired. He ultimately ended up working in five different jobs all while still serving as a U.S. Attorney.
Just two days ago, Boente told a friend that he was eager to get back to his U.S. Attorney position and was handing off control. Friday, however, he abruptly resigned.
“We don’t know why [Boente quit]. We are trying to figure it out. We are literally actively trying, as I speak, to figure that out,” Maddow said.
Maddow then proceeded to make a mind-blowing speculative connection to tonight’s Mueller indictment news.

Special counsel Robert Mueller is reportedly looking into whether or not the president obstructed justice when he fired the FBI director, James Comey,” Maddow noted. “James Comey has testified to Congress under oath that the president contacted him inappropriately, many times, to put pressure on him about the Russia investigation before he fired him. According to James Comey, one of the witnesses to one of those overtures by the president was Dana Boente.”
If Boente is a witness in the obstruction case, that might be a reason that he could no longer continue in his position.

https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/pol...report-n815246 Robert Muellerís Office Will Serve First Indictment Monday, Source Confirms

by Ken Dilanian, Phil Helsel and Phil McCausland

A federal grand jury in Washington has approved the first charges in the investigation being conducted by special counsel Robert Mueller.
Mueller's Office of the Special Counsel will serve an indictment on Monday though the charges and target are unknown, a U.S. official with firsthand knowledge of the process confirmed to NBC News. The timing was confirmed by a second source familiar with the matter.
CNN was the first to report on Friday that the grand jury approved charges, citing multiple sources. The network added that the charges remain sealed by order of a federal judge.
Peter Carr, a spokesperson for Mueller, declined to comment Friday night.

Mueller, a former FBI director, was appointed in May as special counsel to oversee the investigation into alleged Russian interference in the election.
He was appointed by Deputy U.S. Attorney General Rod Rosenstein after President Donald Trump fired FBI Director James Comey. Rosenstein made the decision to appoint Mueller because Attorney General Jeff Sessions had recused himself from any probe in the Russia investigation.
Former Trump campaign manager Paul Manafort and former Trump national security adviser Michael Flynn have been said to be key figures in Mueller's probe, law enforcement sources familiar with the matter have told NBC News in the past.
Representatives for Flynn and Manafort did not immediately respond to requests for comment Friday night.

Congressional investigations into alleged Russian involvement in the presidential election are also underway.
"Sealing is fairly common at the stage when you have an indictment that is issued or approved, as it may have been today,Ē former U.S. Attorney Barbara McQuade said on MSNBC Friday

How many more times would you like me to point out that when you claimed to have posted a "law" from the DOJ Web site, you did not?

Yeah, I did, but you chose to ignore it, bitch. And Clinton fired US Attorneys, but NOT after promising some of them-notably Preet Bharara, the US attorney for the Southern District of New York that they would stay on after he took office. Bharara, whose jurisdiction, of course, includes the banking center of the planet, started nosing around in Paulie Walnutes shady dealings, and, lo and behold, he got fired. Whatta the odds? Plus, acting AG Sally Yates warned Twittler than Flynn was a traitorous whore subject to blackmail, and she had to go, too. Twittler heaped praise on Comey for awhile, but when Comey started snooping around the Russian thing, Adios! And now Twittler has the balls to try and intervene and interview new candidates in places like New York. You sensing a pattern here, Numbnuts? No, of COURSE you don't, you're an idiot.
