Here are my thoughts on every Breeders Cup race, I'll be playing in the BCBC
Friday Juvenile Fillies Turf
2~Happily is my choice, she’s started 6 times winning 4 coming in second once. 5 of her 6 starts have been in Ireland. She’s won 2 Group 1 races. Her timeform ratings last 2 races were 105~103 that translates into 91 & 90 Beyer numbers far & away the best in this field.
11~Rushing Fall she’s 2/2 this miss will be flying at the end. Her Beyer numbers have been 84~85
4~Madeline this will be her first attempt at the mile distance. She will be sitting just off the leaders. Her numbers are lighter than the above two but I feel she will be right in the mix.
12~Dixie Moon she was my original top choice until the 12 post came into play. She will want the lead but with Ultima D drawing the 5 post I just feel it’s to much to overcome
Dirt Mile
6~Mor Spirit will be the favorite but I'm not using him. Yes he's 3/3 at the distance. His last Beyer was a career best 117. I see a regression today.
3~Sharp Azteca trained by the Juice Man aka Jorge Navarro. Azteca is 7~5~1~1 at the distance. I look for Cupid & Azteca hooking up setting it up for my choice in the race.
My choice: 1~Iron Fist Fist is 7~5~1~1 at the distance he's 5~1~1~2 at Del Mar. With all the speed signed up in here he will get a ground saving trip.
