There's also going to be a fork Nov. 16. At that time for every bitcoin owned you will get 1 free B2X. B2X is worth $1k right now.

I bet futures with bitcoin books. Unfortunately the futures, team wins, I have are on Oak, Tenn, Det and Buf.

My best chance is for a Bitcoin Survivor Pool that pays 1 BTC. I own 5 of the remaining 10 entries.

I had the chance to buy Bitcoin at .008 and again at .10 and again at .36 (When I was weighing putting a $100K into it.) and again at $8 and again at $117 and again at $240 and again at $380 and finally around $600 I started buying some. Told my mother to put all of her savings into it because I said it is the only possibly chance you have at retiring inside of 5 years. She responded by saying "I don't believe in that shit."

The reality is most of us, via some force of habit, nature or negative influences had the same problem or we would of just done and it held it. Anyone who know the principals of the Satoshi mantra basically knows that Bitcoin can go to $1 million and still go higher. It is the closest thing that has been invented so far as a true version of digital gold. Finite supply and worldwide portability with no bank or gov in the middle. In those ways and many more it is better than gold. It is divisible by 9 decimal places. My only complaint against it's viability is the cost to move bitcoin which currently sits at .0001 $6? So if you are moving say $100 worth of crypto it's not practical.

There have only been 14 million and some of the 21 million possible bitcoins mined and as many as 3 million of those are potentially already lost forever. The creator or creator(s) of bitcoin supposedly have a stash of 980k that haven't moved since 2009 so in all likelihood those are completely gone until someone with a quantum computer figures out how to hack all those dormant wallets. Which takes an immense amount of computing power just to get one wallet.

$100K? That's a lot. I bought in at $118 and was trading on Mt Gox. I was lucky to pull out my money at 900. We all know what happen to the Magic Mountain, It went up in smoke. I am back in at $4500.

There are a total of ~16 million bitcoins in existence, and 21 million total will be available. Therefore, there are ~5 million bitcoins still to be mined from now until around 2140.

If i win a .1 im jumpin for joy..
so fuckin stupid!!!! it burns my balls everything i think about it .. i was bettin 2 / 3 bitcoins at a time on nitrogen , if i won i was cashin out 5/6 ... Than the opposite end, i was also losing 2/3 bitcoins at a time

Glad I stumbled on this thread...

The last time I deposited into a sports book was a couple of years ago or so, and I knew I left a very small amount of bitcoin in my account.
I haven't paid attention to the price of bitcoin or anything and haven't even looked at my account since then.
I just went and looked and my .190075 bitcoin I have left in my account is worth over $1400! LOL.
It was worth like $20 back then.

LOL, no doubt.

Think I should just leave it in there or cash it out now?

I'd leave $1k worth in there and forget about it for another few years, and cash out the rest and do something with it. Buy some drugs, spin up a few parlays, play a big poker tournament...this calls for something frivolous
