I did not know Watson was out until GB reported it (thanks)

in the real SC, are you allowed to change picks once submitted?

You can change them up until the deadline... there is a rule that says NEXT DAY, but, ive had no problem changing them for players by the deadline.

BUT, if you played the Thursday game and its already started, NO CAN DO!

Why I advise players to never take the Thursday games unless you are 100% sure its a winner, cause shit like this happens. Wont know about some freak injury till during or after the Thursday game... and you had Texans -13, and stuck with it now

Now, people that used a couple other services would be unable to change their plays before game-time, or if they are, they would charge them a fee.

IF you enter, be sure to ask your proxy LOTS of questions like this, and what their rules are about changing plays or if you send them a little late, etc... all good things to know and ask beforehand.

well, a proxy would know best, experience is the world's greatest teacher

surprised they don't follow their own rules on this and allow you to change up to the deadline (or your first game if earlier), but if a proxy says you can than you can

don't think you can change picks in the forum contest

the contest I am in is set up like the SC but just for less money and less people. I have not yet submitted my plays for that, but I posted my picks here. I will be changing a play or 2 for when I do submit my contest plays just unsure if I should change them on here.

DNoonan is correct, I was told many proxies do not do or accept changes, Ken and I choose to accept them because it is a rule and want to be able to offer the opportunity to the players. We are able to offer it because we deal with a smaller group compared to other groups that have hundreds of people. Make sure you read the rule or link that DNoonan posted if your in the contest or plan to be in the future because recently they changed it that you can only make a change within the same day.
