I woke up this morning and found about $75 or so in pick 4 lottery plays in my account. I called up the 800 number and was told that is was a system glitch, that no one had compromised my password and that the lottery plays would be deleted shortly and the funds credited to my account. Just a heads up for everyone to check their 5 dimes accounts.
The answer is yes. All at 7:30 AM. They claimed it was a system glitch and that my account was not compromised. They made it sound like I was not the only one. The plays are still pending but they said it would be taken care of shortly and the wagers would be voided.
Bitcoin deposits from last night (12 hours ago) have still not posted to my account. They had the required 3 confirmations roughly 11 and a half hours ago. They said it was a problem with their processor. I even sent them a screenshot and a link to the blockchain transaction. They did nothing...
