Coinbase Question

I found using a verified at card at coinbase and yet to have a problem. Today when I funded it it did not go instant instead showed as pending and would arrive by the end of today. About fifteen minutes later I repeated the process for about one tenth of what I did earlier and it went into my Bitcoin acct instantly. Anyone ever experience this. Not a fan of there technical support just seeing if this happened to anyone here. I Did contact the card services and the one pending is not showing charged but the very small one is. Thx

There support is the absolute worst Ive heard nightmares... U purchase and then it disappears w/ no charge...If you use a pp card like me that happened to me once and I had to call them and they took the restriction off... also checking the coinbase status to see if anything is down.. You probably already know that though

Yes ear I do not have the ach option. Never linked my bank account. Did it the same was as always. All the other prions were instant. Thx instant. My customer service report with them is not very good on two other issues and now this. Checked the coinbase status link and all showing good, go figure. May have to wait until live help tomorrow. And even then they can only handle so much. Circle was great before they went the way they did and no longer allowed you to purchase it and have your wallet right their. Not sure why the opted as I know they direct customers to purchase Bitcoin at coinbase. I think maybe they where bought out? Donger may know

Call ur cc. Ur cc blocked as a fraudlent transaction. CC trx are instant.

Thanks T I forgot to mention I did this as well when first happend and they told me I had no blck on my card, also second one for a fraction of the amount went through fine. Frustrating

Use a diff card issuer. Ive used chase and barclay. You need to talk to their fraud department. Typical cust service cant help you. Fortuntaely, I dealt with competent customer service rep who was able to realize it asap

Their support sucks. Outright the call in center is a joke. They can only escalate cases and one of mine has been over a month with now answer. I a, afraid to use another card in case the same thing happens. Still shows pending in thin air and no one can just either make the transaction complete or cancel it. Not sure how an escalation team cannot handle this matter in two days.
