Trying To Setup 5Dimes Account

Have a Bookmaker account, was trying to add another book last night. Got username and password setup at 5Dimes, but each time I log in i get the following message:
Sportsbook Wagering Suspended

Sportsbook wagering has been suspended. Please contact customer service for more information.

Anyone know what is up with this? Been like this since last night. Thanks

Not to open a can of worms, but between Heritage, Bovada and BetOnline, which one would be a good compliment to Bookmaker?

Heritage by a wide margin for me, also i do not like 5 dimes these days at all

they closed down or suspended a bunch of accounts that were not used in some time. read that some place, or not funded in some time or 0 or small balance. something they did I want to say 1 month ago. live chat them I think is all you have to do

call 5dimes and ask for tony. explain your issue to him. he's
very patient, understanding, flexible, and nurturing. no one
else at 5dimes really knows anything or can solve nothing
more than a very basic issue. it's imperative to speak directly
to tony as he knows all. the staff will try to prevent you from
talking to tony as they know someone will look very bad in his
eyes once you tell him your problem. do not be deterred. it's
imperative that you talk directly to tony so you can appreciate
what a great and classy organization 5dimes really is.

This happened to me. I have played a lot with them over the years but not in some time. I still liked to use the site to compare lines as I find it the easiest to navigate. I went to live chat and they were very weird about it and said I had to call. Not sure what they have to gain out of suspending an account.

Same here. Talked to Tony who said make a deposit and you'll be up and running.

So it's basically a punishment. I feel like this can only hurt the brand, not help.
