Why has CARIB stopped taking new clients?

i had a friend that was playing at carib, but when his account finally
zeroed out a few years ago; he didn't reload. he said it became
a real pain getting cash out from them.

Unless you transfer.. it's a kick in the balls at most books to withdrawl..
