One of these teams has to step up to the plate.....Is the Conference way-down this year? That drubbing USC took from Notre Dame didn't
help any. Perhaps some of the West Coast experts have some answers.

The Pac-12 historically always had a "contender" for a run at a National Championship or now days, a shot at a play-off berth....not this year
