run stuff like this often...ive tried to sign up before but it fails...im in pa so maybe we are banned. i play through twinspires which is okay most of the time

Have you tried signing up through PABets? I know their platform in Pennsylvania is through a partnership so perhaps you have to use a different site to sign up.

Correct, Pa residents must use PABets to signup with TVG, they will block PA residents on normal TVG site.
