Anyone here have XFinity? Purchased the cable/tv 3 weeks ago when I moved and I wake up this morning and my Big Ten Network and Big Ten HD are not working.

2 Hours later they managed to have every channel not working. Finally got a new box and the channels are working again except BTN still not working.

No one within their customer services would give me an email address or phone number for someone that I could speak to. Makes me realize that Verizon wasn't bad actually

Good Luck, they all suck but in my opinion they are the worst in customer service!

Yea, I only could pick between them and DirecTv @ my apartment complex.

The worst part was after they broke everything, they told me they could make an appointment to get it fixed on Wednesday. Talking to someone on twitter now who has been much more helpful, but still not working

I got xfinity , watchin Iowa /Purdue on btn as I type

LOL - I can watch it online on my account but on my TV. It is just something up with my box and they have no idea what to do in order to fix it. They keep sending signals to it but never seems to change anything

xfinity sucks and way over priced. i have to argue and threaten to leave every time the contract is about to expire to get the 119$ bundle offer

Im glad I didn't lock into a 2 year deal. I may cancel next month but Im nervous DirecTv won't be too much of an improvement.

It is crazy they won't give away a phone number or email for someone who can help

I HAD Directv for 15 years. I thought it was one of the best customer experiences I had. Hardly a problem. Always helpful and knowledgeable.

What do you mean you couldn't get a phone number?

I would like a phone number or email address from someone within the company who I could talk to about my experience. Every number goes to customer support who are just outsourced and can not provide any real help.

Even the physical store they sent me to does not have a phone number, it is all directed to one system where I can't speak with anybody who could potentially help.

I have no experience with their internet. I would not use it. It's to slow. 25mbps. I currently have Xfinity for my internet provider. It works for me 75mbps. In 3 years no outages or very little problems. The only thing with Xfinity in my area is that I have a data cap which is 1024gb per month. I am streaming now. Streaming high def movies can eat up a lot of data fast. Probably will be changing services to WOWay they have unlimited internet.

I didn't lose any channels at all yesterday, but outages are regional.

Dude. Switch. Comcast is easily one of the worst Customer service I’ve ever encountered, directtv is one of the best. No brainer

Yeah Comcast is notoriously terrible service. DirectTV isn't as good as it used to be since they were bought by AT&T, but still night and day better.

I think I'll switch if I have any other problems. Just glad I didn't lock into any long term contract
