There's a difference between being a loyal fan & a sucker for years.

If you were in Cleveland would you pay to see the Browns until the organization as a whole prove they actually care?

Kizer is bar none the worst quarterback I've ever seen at this level. And I grew up a Bears fan with the likes of Chad Hutchinson and Henry Burris.

Browns +7.5 was my biggest bet of the season so far.

Looks like I'll make the bad beat thread again this week.

Well since I live in the area I can tell you that businesses are not renewing tickets and there will be a drop off for season tickets for next year. They have lost a generation as they young kids here in the area do not like the Browns as they get laughed at in school or by the buddies as they like the Seahawks,Patriots,Steelers, and Cowboys. This team is a joke lead by the owner who is fighting the FBI in Tennessee right now and his wife who basically is running the show and she has no clue. Dont be shocked if this team is sold or moves soon in the nest few years.

Simply disgusting...After surviving the first fumble which should have been a Jags touchdown...It just prolonged the agony...Which all Browns backers knew would come...Sickening...

Same here, but we have no one to blame but ourselves...Last week they had the debacle at the end of the first half...They are just simply terrible and have a losing mentally that starts at the coach...

I bailed on UConn football after a couple of years, that was 5 years ago. The Huskies have been horrible for 7 years

The Browns have sucked forever

Problem is, once people give up season tickets for NFL teams they can't just jump back to the front of the line. So I'm guessing season ticket holders just buy tickets and don't go to the games, maybe sell a few tickets to visiting teams' fans

Even reselling sucks for them though, it's not like fans want to visit Cleveland or watch their team play the Browns. A weekend in New Orleans or TB or Miami or Nashville or LV or most NFL cities would be pretty cool regardless of the football.

There is zero excuse to be 1-15 or any record like that. It is a conscious decision by team ownership to suck ass. Any ownership team that half tries can put up a team that wins at least 4 games. I'm suspecting the owners are ((...)).

Just looked. Half right. The current owner is a truck stop magnate. That kind of sounds like some kind of running joke. The prior owner, who sold just a few years ago, was right on with my estimation. And he owned a credit card company where he would fleece sheep with interest.

I imagine he probably tripled the price of hot dogs while importing in foreign made hot dogs that are secretly made with street dogs and thus cost one third the price. So a third of the price and the price rocketed up three times. Sounds about right. Then throw in some complaints about how they're for the city and doing everything they can and that they're the victim in the deal with the city, and you've got a con run a thousand times over. Sounds about right.
