I love my Lenovo T440s which i got built almost 4 years ago. of course spending over $2,000 you would think it would last forever
Still works ... but seeing the signs that within 6 months it's going to go dead, and since it's around the Holiday's, maybe I can find a Great laptop
for a Good price.

One of the reasons why this one cost so much is I had a Wireless card installed. Meaning when I travel there is no need to use a open WiFi
it's also good if you travel out of the Country, and on any airline that doesn't have WiFi.

But of course as much as I travel, it probably wasn't worth it.
Worst case is that I get a New laptop and take the wireless card out of here and install it into the new one.

Just playing around at the Lenovo site I see more and more laptops that already have the card in place.

Before I do anything, are there any really good or Great Laptops out there ?

and NO, Not buying an Mac

Love my Toshiba. Was about $1500 and its a beast. But if you use it just for being on the internet or streaming, get a high end chromebook (like $500)

In the past I always had a Toshiba , never knew they had one for $1500. Mine were always under $1K, last one was about $900+

I do website work and a lot of Photo shop stuff for my wife's business, so I use it a lot more than just normal internet stuff

What Model do you have ?

$300 ?? Best to go at least $500. but I'm not one to spend someone else's money..
Why? I have had mine 3 years.....While it is about to go like yours it only cost $250. What did you get out of your computer for an extra year longer that was worth the extra $1750? I don't know maybe it was worth it. I don't know much about computers...so......

If you're just surfing the net and looking up scores I guess $250+ is fine.
I'm working with 5 Businesses on my laptop. I have a ton of files, Photo's and programs, there are times that I'm out of the Country and WiFi is hard to get or at least you will pay
$30 a day for what i get for free.
Plus the hours that are spent here online ...

But for normal use, yeah you can just get an everyday laptop
