Quick question to you guys ... I was just looking on stub hub at super bowl tickets. Cheapest I see right now are $3200 a pop. They’ll be available at a service center near the stadium. My question is Would I be able to buy some up now and flip them back on stub hub during super bowl week ? Or once I buy them , I’m the only one who will ever be able to pick them up from the service center

Sometimes ppl will lower their ticket prices on there the closer it gets to the event & goes unsold.

Might be risky buying from ppl already looking to make a profit with the same thing in mind...

I’m a big eagles fan , ain’t countin my chickens before there hatched...they’re lookin pretty good , just tryin to think 1 step ahead.. if they make it to the big game, I’m gonna get price gouged to death if they make it and I wait to get em end of jan/feb. So many diehard eagles fans, whos lives revolve around them.. If I cop 4 now at that price I could flip 2 Super Bowl week and that’d Prob pay for my 2... if they don’t make it, Id just re-sell all 4 again on stub hub.. but like you said, they could go below that value I guess if some other teams without a rabid fan base make it..

The tickets are transferable, so yes you can re-sell them, but the fees will eat you alive. ~10% for buyers and 15% for sellers.

So if a ticket is 3k, you will buy it for 3300, then assuming prices hold you will put it back up for 3k and receive 2550.

So you just ate 750 per ticket, assuming the market value is constant. You'd really have to catch it on the upswing to outrun the commissions.

imo if you want to sell the tickets or tickets you will have a better chance to make money if you also had a great hotel included with the ticket or tickets, just my 2 cents
