Turkey Dime Day gives us:
:pope:
Minny @ Lion$ +3 44.5

Chargers @ Cowboys pk 48

Giants +7.5 @ Skins 44.5

Early thoughts have me Wanting to root for My Lion$!!!!!!!
Short week gives some advantage to the home team Lion$, Cows, and Skins.
More analysis needed.

It is absolutely crazy the Chargers are now the favorite. An overreaction to Dallas last two losses by 20 and 25 and the Chargers 30 point win against the garbage bills with a rookie in his first start. Not saying Chargers can't win....jsut believe Dallas is the right side. Minnesots went from even to -3 another overreaction to them easily beating the Rams and their easy victory on the road against garbage Washington. Don't trust the Giansts but Washington doesn't cover big lines i"d stay away personally. I believe you are on the right side if you take those two...bud. GL 3-0 or better with some turkey cheersgif

Thanks 17, for actual useful input, instead of the normal negativity in this house.
Yeah the bills game only says it was an easy game to Win for the Chargers.
With Minny, they sold all the -2.5 already, and now need it not to fall on 3.
But books take that chance all day long. Nothing to them.
Ram's Geoff there was Not good enough to make that a game in Minny.
Big factor is the Thanksgiving game at home, and the short week advantage for the home teams.
Also, Det. is division, and they know Minny waaaaaaaay better than any Rams.
If anything, Minny. is more complacent after beating the mighty Rams.
Right now I think these things at least favor betting:
Lion$ +3
Now we have to check injuries with Dallas, but my current guess there is:
SupaChaaarga$ pk
Then, technically, Wash. is not out of it for a Wildcard.
Injuries are big again for Skins, but it's really Skins or pass type of game.
But Giant Offense is Shit. 13 points would be great for them with who they have
and going against an above average defense.
No game feels thaaat great yet.
Skins -7 -120
I will continue to dig on these.
Thanks Again Exploited17!!!!

I will play devil's advocate with the Viking game,, Not only do you have an over reaction with Minnesota beating Rams and Washington but what has Detroit done? Struggled with Bears and Brownies the past 2 weeks. Vikes are better than Detroit in just about every area except 2, QB and kicker. What keeps me away from the Vikes is.. Waiting for Keenum to actually have a clunker.

Hi Purple, yeah really, no bet for me yet on the Lions just because Vikings are hot.
And it seems hard to put a finger on Keenum. The guy is playing with confidence while
they keep shuving Teddy up his ass.
But also Det. is hot.
Hard to beat a team twice in a season, so that points to Minny.
Don't want to force a bet.
Still no cut and dry bet for me on this early game.
Maybe something for action, but Second Half could be the way to go if something pops.
Time to examine the totals of these games a bit also.

Yep.just playing devils advocate, Vikes fumbled 3 times, dropped 4 picks and cook went down. Latavius Murray is healthy and running good, Keenum and offense has gelled and Lions don't have Ngata.. Lions did win but if ya watched the game the Vikes were the better team as far as consistently moving the ball. It's a tough game to call tomorrow but im a homer

From Houston, and feel exactly the same - waiting for Keenum’s drop off. Kubiak was a big fan of Keenum, but he never overachieved here in H-town. I’m happy to see him succeed in MN, but I’m on Detroit tomorrow.

People keep thinking Dak is a top QB, he is NOT. He was behind the #1 OL in the NFL and had the most explosive, best RB in the NFL, and some good receivers. Last year he benefited in the perfect situation for his style and abilities.
This year w/o Zeke and with an OL that is not as good he is exposed, his play action does not affect the opposing D and he is not an accurate pocket passer, cannot zing the ball 20-30 yards.
Chargers are solid, a much better QB, better RB, better D... though on the road, short week, it will be tough. And the Chargers are snakebitten, find a way to lose habitually.

Hey, Billbeater: Just wanted to wish you and yours a great Thanksgiving! I know there seems to be a lot of hate out there when someone is successful here, but I really appreciate your picks and enthusiastic attitude.

I'm leaning Lions in the early game myself. People seem to put Minnesota in the same category with Philadelphia as among the top teams in the league, but I just don't see it. To me, they and Detroit are fairly comparable, but the difference is that the Lions had their harder games early while the Vikings still have some toughies to come. To me, the winner of this game will win the division.

My pick of the day is Detroit-Minnesota OVER 45. This is one of those go-against-my instincts plays because this total seems way too high. The last three games between these teams have gone UNDER -- and by an average of 13 points. So, over it is!

HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!

Yeah, they came through nicely Scotty!
I just didn't like the O-line injuries.
Like i thought, it was Skin$ or no play.
It's take the money and move on to Sunday for me.
Sunday should provide something, but not a great slate.
Putting in some work late tonight.
