There are only 2-3 teams that can play with the Sixers now

It's unbelievable. After Golden State, Boston and maybe Cleveland tell me which teams the Sixers can't handle. They are blowing out teams in the first quarter. Their record is deceptive because Embiid was on minutes restrictions for the first couple of weeks. Fultz hasn't even played much because of his health plus they can end up with more lottery picks. The Sixers retain the Lakers pick in the 2018 draft if it falls #1 or #6-30. Boston would then get the Kings pick in the 2019 draft provided it doesn't fall #1 in that case Boston will end with 76ers own pick which would be somewhere around 26-30. So if the Kings continue to stink in 2018 the Sixers could actually end up with #1 pick in the draft. Lakers are playing better now and wouldn't even be in the lottery so the Sixers would end up with pick which figures somewhere around 13. Boston really wanted Tatum so I don't think they are feeling bad about this. They end up with extra first round pick at some point.

Houston and OKC would wallop these young guns in a series.

I'd say you are probably right.

Very probably if they played a 7 game series next month.

Now if they played later this year during playoff time 6 months from now I'm not sure. These Sixers for the most part have only been playing together for a couple months. They could be much better in six months.

Cleveland and GS are 1st and 3rd respectively in terms of age, 29.5 & 27.94

The C's and the 76er's are 26th & 27th, 24.38 & 24.35. The Bulls are the youngest at 24.0

3. Philadelphia 76ers
Status: Clinches third by winning its final game (against the Bucks) OR by the Cleveland Cavaliers losing their final game (against the New York Knicks).
Opponent: To be determined (Indiana Pacers, Bucks, Heat or Wizards).

Think raptors ML is a good play tonight at +165, Heat already listed Dragic as doubtful and that's a solid signal they aren't gonna want to win this game so they can give themselves a chance to get the 7 seed instead of the 6 and get Boston in rd 1.

There is a scenario they can do this and fall all the way to 8th but I think they will see that as worth the gamble. And Toronto has a pretty good bench so if they don't play their big horses, they won't be tossing a garbage lineup out there.

There is a good rundown of all the scenarios

Could end up being thin and they don't want to fall to #8 but just have a bit of a hunch Miami tries to avoid Phi rd 1.
