Edit by Admin: 5Dimes would have to escalate the feedback to the casino software provider in that case. Did you request a manager via live help? Ask to speak with Becky.

I was playing blackjack and winning some nice money at 5 dimes when suddenly the cards kept dealing until I went over the dealers hand. After this happened the third time I contacted customer service and explained the problem. Their response..."or isn't that to bad." I demanded that I get repaid for my losses because of the problem but was told that it was not going to happen. I withdrew my money and will never go back there. I guess that they do not like anyone winning

Isn't there an option to show your hands dealt? This way you can prove it was some sort of glitch. I believe most casinos have that

the Customer (in this case RhodyJoe) would not care about the software provider. If you went to McDonald's and ordered a strawberry shake and the machine malfunctioned and gave you a chocolate one, would it be ok for the Manager at McDonald's to tell you there is nothing he can do, but contact the shake machine manufacturer?

The suggestion was for the player to request a specific 5Dimes manager so his claim can be looked into, the player doesn't have to contact anyone else.
