BetDSI Running A Scam: 4.5 Months Funds Frozen/No PayOut

Just thought I should let people know about DSI, "A+ Rated" book.

I have been a customer of DSI for 2 years plus, never had a single issue with them. Recently over the summer, they branched off on their own away from Bookmaker.EU. I contacted BookMaker as I noticed the interface on DSI had changed and they assured me I would have no issue and vouched for them going forward.

Within one month, my account with over $23,000 in it was frozen. I called several times a day to find out what was going on and could not get a response. Finally after about an entire month had passed by, I got in contact with the manager Brock at the end of August and he apologized that my issue hadn’t been resolved and assured me he would have it handled in the next few weeks. He said they were “updating their system” as it had recently changed and “doing account verification”. Mind you others I know were doing successful payouts at this same exact time but my account remained on hold.

I patiently waited one month and got in contact with Brock (mind you it took me 10 days and about 10 phone calls to reach him once). He told me that my account issue would be resolved in one week. I called back a week later and he told me that he was sorry but that my account was still frozen and would remain that way until they finish "verifying my account". Another two months had passed since he told me that and Brock will no longer pick up when I call and ask for him. I call at least 2-3 times a day to speak with him and he was always “in a meeting” or “out of the country”. I asked who are his superiors and was told it was two men by the name of “Anthony” and “Brian”. Both also are never available and able to speak to me. All I want is just a simple conversation to get an explanation as to WHY my account issue has not been resolved after 4.5 months. This is an "A" rated book. I have left him over 20 messages to please call me and he refuses to do so.

I filed a complaint with SBR and have been working with Matt Rossi. He got in contact with them and was given the same run around excuse of “account verification”. For several weeks Matt has tried to resolve the issue and we have gotten absolutely nowhere. I have not heard from Matt regarding my payout complaint in 2 weeks despite my emailing him for an update.

Can anyone with some influence look into this guys story? If it is true he is getting screwed. And there needs to be consequences.

This is 100% true. Matt Rossi is handling this from SBRFORUM. He can confirm they are not paying me and that he has not been able to gain any traction with them. All they tell him is they are verifying my account, same thing they told me 4.5 months ago.

Here is a picture of my account. You can see time and date top right so you know this is a current picture. I requested a bitcoin withdrawal which will 100% be declined. I will post that picture once they decline.

Also, the SBR Moderator Optional is telling SBR members in a thread with people complaining about DSI (thread is titled DSI) that he doesn't know of any pending payout complaints despite me having one for over 2 months with DSI.

This is a big deal. Thanks for sharing. I'm a big player there. I was paid approx 40k from them once, but that was 1.5 years ago.

I've noticed the sharp decline in Customer service lately. I'm up 10k since July. Payouts have slowed from instant to about 24 hours, but not a huge deal. The last one they declined because I was $96 short on my rollover on a $3300 rollover, which is fine.

Please keep us in the loop. I will 100% close my account if this is not resolved very shortly. I also think it would be the right thing for BETDSI to give a statement on this matter.

Give a statement? The manager won't even speak with me. And mind you I am not the angry customer who calls and starts cursing etc. I call very politely asking to speak with Brock and he just won't pick up.

And even if they did give a statement, it'll just read "We apologize for the delay but we recently changed our interface and are verifying that users account." Just the same BS over and over for months.

Hope you get paid! I actually had about the same balance you have in there now about a month ago and i managed to piss it all away

SBR has now lowered BetDSI from A+ to B and mentioned my specific account as the reason for this.

I don't understand. This seems obvious. they either state a legitimate(assuming it is legitimate) reason they won't give your money or they are stealing. You can then deal with whatever they say after. But....they have given no reason? Then it is stealing. If that is the case a B rating is unacceptable.
