Can anyone shed some light on what's going on over there? As of right now, I cannot even access their Cashier page on their website. I'm currently waiting to get paid about 7k via bitcoin,... normally takes 24-36hrs but they're now telling me Sunday and I initiated a payout Wednesday night..

Just a little bit nervous here.

taking a guess that it's just a tech glitch ( as far as the page )

Hope so, just nervous as its a large amount and they've been dragging their feet. Website issues just add to my anxiety.

edit: thanks for chiming in

I wouldn't be nervous, I think the anxiety is just inherent because of the industry. I've successfully withdrawn $10,500 from them in the past 3 weeks ($1500/$4000/$5000) all from start to finish 48 hours via BTC. In position to withdraw again now 3-4K...I think (hope) you are good. Their alternate sites typically run great for me. You should be fine.

Have you received the email asking to confirm the Bitcoin wallet address? Typically moves quickly after that. 36 hours to get that email then just a few hours after that.

I have cashed out numerous time with Bitcoin and am familiar with that email. I haven't received it yet. My LAST payout took longer than expected as well. When I contacted support they said "You need to reply to the bitcoin confirmation email" I said that I hadn't received it yet... and they said it was sent. It's shit like that which makes me nervous as well because I suspect something just isn't right with their servers over there.

This recent payout, they held it up over some verification documents and again cited an email that I needed to send information.

I submitted my request Wednesday night and still haven't seen anything. The Live Chat person said Sunday morning, but then again when they were having server issues they said "site will be up in 15 minutes" and that was simply not the case either.

Payout declined. Now, when I go to the payouts page there is no Bitcoin option (its still there for deposits) and support says the option will be back in a couple of hours.

How do I not take this as 5D dragging their feet on a 7k payout?

Thanks for sharing. The cashier is functional.

We don't have any 5Dimes payout complaints on file. It can take a couple of days to get bitcoin, you shouldn't have anything to sweat. Sounds like you had to send extra ID, which may have caused a little bit of a delay but not something you'd have to do again.

I just tried a withdraw and the bitcoin payout option is currently unavailable due to maintenance ‘’Isaac’’ with customer support says. No time frame on how long it will be down. Donger, when I decided to deposit again with 5D a month ago I was told no verification was required for BTC withdraws, as long as that’s how you deposited. Can you expand on why they asked for more verification for the BTC withdraw and what the verification was? I’m going to check back for a bitcoin withdraw tomorrow evening. Hopefully the option is there. 5D has to be a book for players around the world, thousands and thousands of losing players, wouldn’t you guys agree? Never understood why such a large place would slow pay someone I have to imagine they have tons and tons of funds at their disposale.

I have received several Bitcoin payouts from 5D in the past... the last 4 weeks in fact.

The reason this is happening is because I had deposited via Bitcoin and had about 7K in parlays hanging on Rams ML last week. I decided to hedge that with New Orleans +3.5 but was unable to deposit via Bitcoin to do that. So I deposited via CC instead (a CC that was already on file).

My payout was inititally declined because of this. I then spoke with a Payout supervisor on Monday via Live Chat. We agreed that I would no longer deposit via CC and that if I did, I would lose my Bitcoin Exclusive status. I was told to resubmit the Bitcoin payout and it would be paid out within 24-48 hours. I did that and it was actually approved, but I cancelled the transaction because I had sent it to the wrong wallet.

So I resubmitted the payout a couple hours later (Wednesday night) and was told this morning that the payout was declined.

Now, I have no bitcoin payout option. The Payout screen just says Cashier Check and *********.

If you tell me the cashier is functional, then shouldn't Bitcoin payout be an option?

See my post above. Well I feel more assured now that others are missing the Bitcoin payout option.

That’s funny and I feel more assured of not having h f to provide more verification because I am bitcoin exclusive and you had a transaction with CC. I think we are fine man, after today (last leg of teaser that I have hedged with the other side ml, both are PK’s) I’ll have about $8,000 in my account and will request 3-4 of it...I’ll let you know how it goes for me but I think we are fine. Possibly being delayed, sure but nothing long term.

I've had numerous 5dimes payouts via Bitcoin without issues.

Anyone who still isn't using it should start making the transition.

Bitcoin payment went back up, I submitted a new request.... less than an hour later I got a verification email.

This is good.

Mods, if you deem it necessary you can delete this thread. I don't see the need to provide any potentially bad publicity to a book that is providing a payout.

Almost 24hrs since replying to verification email and still nothing.

Disappointing to say the least.

"The dance" that you speak of has never happened to me on an extended level. 5dimes has always been perfect with me. However, I've read countless cases of "the dance" and it's simply an industry standard. I believe that in the end you will be paid as this is 5dimes. Only option you have is to be patient, to be honest.

Keep us updated.
