Gronk should be suspended a game for that hit. Defender was out of bounds, down, and already touched, and he hammers him. No excuse for that kind of play in football

Uncalled for but had the refs done their jobs correctly and called the several pass interference calls on the play by White, he wouldn’t have gotten the people’s elbow.

Anyone that does this has to be suspended - no clue what he was thinking - thought this dude was smarter than this - and because he wasn't getting calls? I figured the dude must have done something dirty to him first

He might not get suspended - if AJ Green didn't get suspended earlier this year, its anyone's guess who they decide to suspend.

Patriots coach Bill Belichick was not happy with tight end Rob Gronkowski for the cheap shot he took at Bills cornerback Tre'Davious White today.
Bills coach Sean McDermott addressed the hit with Belichick as the two shook hands after the Patriots’ win, and Belichick acknowledged it was wrong.

“I understand,” Belichick told McDermott, in a video caught by Prescott Rossi. “It was bulls–t. I’m sorry. I apologize.”
The NFL will surely discipline Gronkowski, who apologized after the game and admitted he was wrong. The only question is whether Gronk will get off with just a fine, or whether he’ll be suspended. It sounds like Belichick would understand if the NFL takes his best offensive playmaker off the field for a week.

That's why I said he might get suspended.

Although with Roger in charge and considering Gronk is a Patriot, he might get 4 games

BTW, FWIW, Gronk's contract has heavy incentive clauses, missing a game might cost him millions

Guess he might have to do a few more commercials
