Very interesting game..I know it is a ways away.....But....opinions. My first instinct without much thought was Auburn. It is alot of points though........And I don't now if Auburn will be as invested in this game as C Florids.

If auburn cares they will smoke ucf. Ucf can't stop anyone with a halfway decent offense

Central Florida allowed 97 points and an insane amount of total yards the last two games. Also even though Frost is coaching them in the bowl how will that be the weeks leading up knowing he is leaving and he will have one foot out the door already working on Nebraska stuff. Over may be the better play in this game. Will Auburn show up? They had just beaten Bama and were heading to the playoff and now they are not and Bama is in as well as the team they throttled a few weeks ago.

Gus just signed new deal. Doesn't need to lose Bowl game. Au will have weeks to rest and get mind right

Only thing to question is motivation. Does auburn want to be there? They just lost the sec championship game and a chance to play in the CFP. Now they are stuck playing against a Group of 5 team. Do they really care.

UCF will be motivated to play although it’s weird that Frost will be coaching them

Auburn will not be NEARLY as invested in this game as UCF is.

And why is that? Frost is on his way out the door to Nebraska, Malzahn is staying at Auburn. I don't understand your rationale here.

I'm guessing because C Florida is undefeated and fighting to show they are one of the best. In their mind this is a national championship game. Meanwhile Auburn has 3 losses......They just got knocked out of the Playoffs and they may be feeloing very low they have to play this game and the motivation to give it all to gain little isn't there

I agree, go from potential shot a playoff and NC to playing Central Florida in the Peach Bowl, total buzz kill

Exactly. UCF will play in front of a TRUE National Audience for the first time and will be playing for Scott Frost and a perfect season. AU...will be disappointed to be right back in the MB stadium in Atlanta playing a NON-POWER team. Classic set up, and I am a huge, huge AU fan by the way.

UCF can't stop any decent offense down the stretch... if Auburn comes to play they will annihilate them.

As in the words of Lane Kiffin after the FAU won the CUSA champ... "I would love the bring on Bama, but I would feel sorry for our players"
