going to try a recipe out before Christmas gets here. got a 3lb (will need a bigger one later) eye of round roast. Plan on making an herb tcrusted beef out of it. Butter, garlic, thyme, and rosemary coating. Hopefully it turns out well and I get the practice in before Christmas rolls around

Mid 80s here today. Too hot for this time of year. Supposed to cool off the rest of the week.

Smoke short ribs for the first time this weekend. Recommend giving them a try. I only salted and wrapped half way with soy sauce, garlic, brown sugar, and ginger. Next time want to try them like burnt ends.
