Just wondering what everyone's top 5 NFL QB's would be in numerical order. I'll assume Brady is #1 on everyone's list ??

:):) I love it. This "Who's the best QB" theory doesn't work as your ONLY method of picking winners. Lloyd this may be the best answer to a question all year lol.

keenum has a gr8 oline iwouldnt put him there.

We can debate that if you wish. I am going by current, real performance in the current world.
I have been saying Dak was in a perfect situation last year, but if the Cowboys had Cousins (for example) instead of Dak they would get to and even win the Super Bowl. Or a lot of others that I could list would have got them there. Dak is mediocre. Middle of the pack at best.
Keenum got slaughtered with the Rams lousy OL and slug coach Fisher. Now he has matured and has a good situation. I get it, Bania.
We can debate all of that forever.
For the sake of looking at wagering, however, I rank them this way.
Given those conditions, how do you, uh, see it, seer?

Sure Wilson is a good one.
Back to Keenum... his OL is OK, but some of the credit they get is from his ability to get the ball out there before he gets sacked, they are not that good at run blocking.
Wait.
Maybe their run blocking is a function of their RBs, since Cook is out, their backups are not as explosive.
So you can do this and make assumptions all day but for the sake of wagering you have to look at it the way I am saying.
If we are talking free agents, that's different. If Wilson was on the Jags, WOW, they would be a different team. And Wilson on the Cowboys last year, we are looking at the Super Bow. Dak on NE, they suck. Bortells on the Saints, they suck. And so on.

Hey asslick, You're the biggest asshole on this website by far. What would possess someone to stalk another poster and be a dick. One more time asshole, the better QB post is not the only thing I use to to handicap a game. I've repeated many times for assholes like you. ITS ONLY A STARTING POINT EVERY WEEK !!! Can't your fucked up mind understand that principle this very simple idea ??

hmm also 2 nuch cr for goff ty i think wentz is better

Agree Wentz is a bit more desirable than Goff if he was a free agent to sign but Goff has really shown a lot, it very athletic in the pocket. I think these two, so young, are the most promising QBs in the NFL looking at the next 5-10 years. HA Brady is best but is 40, Brees is 39, and so on.
BUT:
It is not "which QB would you want on your team".
It is "which QB is performing NOW on his current team to best cover the spread".

Best QB...or QB having the best year? Two different thing. Last year you could have said Dak was in the top 5.....But no one would say he is really a top 5 guy......He was just having a top 5 year

Agree but I never though Dak was top 5, no way. He is no pocket passer, nope.

He looked good in last year's Cowboy system, did what they needed him to do.

Zeke is one of the biggest impact players in the NFL, and last year the Boys OL was at it's peak, other teams feared Zeke breaking for a 50 yd run, so Dak looked damn good with his play action and got some completions... and their receivers were pretty good, too.

This year without Zeke he isn't much. (if Dak was on LAST YEAR's Rams, he would have been ca ca.)

I see somebody bumped this thread from last year. I thought I would see how it's done for the first 2 weeks. Based on my opinion of the better QB.

Week 1:
Green bay - Rogers Win
Philly- Wentz Lose
Ravens- Jackson Win
San Fran - Garoppolo Win
KC -Mahomes Win
Detroit - Stafford Lose
Seattle - Wilson Lose
Chargers - Rivers Push
Dallas - Prescott Win
Patriots - Brady # 1 on my list Win
Saints - Brees Lose
6-4-1 ATS

Week 2:

Ravens - Jackson Lose
Patroits - Brady Win
Dallas - Prescott Win
Houston - Watson Lose
Green Bay - Rogers Win
KC - Mahomes Win
Browns - Mayfield Win

5-2 ATS

11-6-1 YTD
Thx steamparlay for bumping this up. Where's the dickhead "love to lick ass" at ??
