He did make a movementt with his hands at his back. I mean..... look....most shootings are justified...then you have some that may be questionable but still you can understand...and then you have the very rare where you would say wrong move. Walter Scott is an example of that. It is a tough job....I don't know the answer to be honest. If you wait until you see a weapon it is already too late. Which is why people say listen to the commands. And the guy did seem terrified...so who knows if he was so scared and he panicked. It will never be perfect. I don't know the answer to trying to keep thngs safe for cops and civillians while also trying not to pull the trigger too quick. Was it necessary from our point of view.....NO....We aren't there not knowing for sure what is going on and if he has a weapon. From their point of view ....if you waitone second too long and they have weapon...then what? In life and death situations there are only so many rules you can follow. Just my opinion.

Imo the guy was clearly trying to comply with the officer at every step. There were a million different ways to de-escalate that situation. The cop was looking for any reason to pull the trigger, Imo.
I could totally see myself panicking in a similar situation and getting shot while trying to comply... Shocked a jury felt this was justified

Sickening, and usually I side with the cops on these videos. The guy was laying face down with his hands behind his head, this isn't fucking Simon says, you're a cop walk up to the guy and cuff him. Looked to me like his fucking pants were falling down and the guy reached back to adjust his shirt or pants.
