What is the atmosphere in Eugene after a roller coaster season on top of the coaching situation. If they are healthy and "want" to play this game I don't think Boise has a chance. Do they want to be in the Las Vegas Bowl?

Number 1, if I had to bet today I would take Boise +7.5.

Oregon seems a bit like a ship without a rudder.

I thought they promoted the popular assistant coach that all the players wanted to head coach... players signed a petition asking for him? So they are fired up for the future. Is this true?
And with their # 1 QB ready to go, Oregon would be too much for Boise to handle.

For you guys that don't watch much West Coast Football, Boise sucks and their HC Harsin sucks too.

Oregon is really good with their starting QB in.

Royce Freeman probably wont play for Oregon which hurts but if Oregon had Herbert all season they would have been at least a 9 win team. They hire a coach from within that the team signed a petition for to hire. I am just not that impressed with Boise. I see this Oregon team wanting to build momentum for next season as Herbert will be in the heismen conversation. He is that good. Oregon by 14-17

Freeman is still questionable, but their other backs with the great OL they got, will be effective. Benoit with 7.2 ypc and brooks-James at 5.6 ypc. Also freshman Darrian Felix, an all-purpose freshman back could add to the mix.

I heard this morning that a bunch of Oregon coaches wont be at the game as they are trying to keep Taggart's recruits (i think i heard that from Todd fuhrman on vsin this morning). Any truth to that?

It is not uncommon for coaches to be on the road during a bowl game. Of course not the HC, DC or OC but maybe a few assistants that they want to be in contact with the recruits while preparing for the bowl game. Not a big deal at all. The new HC for Oregon is supposed to be a heck of a recruiter.
