I think he'll have a chip on his shoulder and play much better against the Steelers than he did the Fish. And if he doesn't, I may start getting concerned about him

Will Tomlin make adjustments on D? Or will he show Brady the same looks again?

They are so beat up on defense that I don't know if he can have a game good enough to carry them. Drake and Cutler made them look terrible, imagine what Lev and Ben could do.

Would take a miraculous effort by him to pull it off

He will have a good game but will it be enough....not sure

both defenses look like shit, whoever can control time of possession or hold the other team to a fg or two will win the game. Have to remember brady gets gronk back, Hogan has a game under his belt etc. should be fireworks, I think either team could put up 30+

Not that miraculous. Their team total is currently 27.5 and Joe Flacco and co. just putup like 500 yards on the Steelers.

And they're getting by far their best offensive weapon back.

And umm, Brady is pretty good.

It just blows my mind the pats traded away a future all pro qb for a 2nd round pick.
The pats dynasty ended that day.

Heard the radio shows were saying did we see the end of the Brady era because he had a bad game......people need to relax, we've seen this many times over the years & the best coach/Qb combo of all time unleash the following game a display only champions can do. Brady will be just fine.....& so will the Pats.

Pitt has been playing not to.lose, for some reason they rather play from behind, & you can't do that vs the Pats.

I agree with this, after Brady retires, so will Belichick, & the rein of the Pats will be no more, like the collapse of the Roman empire.

Garapolo being traded had me scratching my head......because the Pats organization has made some really good trades, but Garapolo trade came out of left field.

Brady's Achilles tendon will give way in the next few weeks, just as Marino's did. He is playing on borrowed time.

Brady can't afford to have another bad game - sales of his TB12 products will plummet. He has been taking a lot of hits lately. Pats will win if they give Brady enough time to get the ball to his receivers. If not . . . .

under throwing the deep ball is not a good sign

they traded Jimmy so when they retire they look good as the team will slip into a tailspin

when Brady and Belichick retire, the team is obviously going to regress

that's what happens after legends and GOAT candidates leave

They got more for the plug they traded to Indy then they got for J G

TB could become Peyton Manning 2015 without any notice .

What a dumb thing to do.
Trade 2 young starting QBs when your guy is over 40

I think he'll look great. This team always finds a way to bury a bad game. No choice really, if they play like that again they'll lose by 30.

<---- Big man comes back well rested with a chip on his shoulders. Hoping for a great game!

BTW, Chop still doesn't understand the economics of the Garoppolo situation. They had NO choice but to trade him.
And please don't give me the whole trade Brady thing....

The pat's couldn't afford to keep both Brady and Garoppolo after this year. Garoppolo was going to be a free agent unless the Pat's used the franchise tag on him. The franchise tag for quarterbacks this year is 21.2 million.

Yea I would have traded Brady .

San Fran basically did that to Montana .
GB basically did that to Favre.
Indy told manning to take a hike when they got Luck.

Brees is the best thing that ever happened to the saints .
My favorite player of all time .

But I would let him go somewhere else for JG.
Its absolutely nothing personal.

Just a fact of 12 years with one guy vs 3 years of the other you have have to look at things long term .

I think the saints are going to try to get Mayfield and let him sit under Brees for 3 years
