Does Heritage misgrade often nowadays?

Just re-upped with them recently. Today they misgrade a wager a loss in the morning and now I have another wager in the afternoon graded as a loss that's a win.

Triple-checked different scoreboards for this one and turned on the live game to confirm.... they are wrong. have to contact them again to get another corrected.

The last book that misgraded a wager of mine was none other than RX Sponsored SynBet. They were handing out wins for losses, losses for wins. No surprise they shutdown and didn't pay any players.

I like the new features they have at Heritage. It's very smooth. The main page is garbage, though... you have to do extra clicks to get out of that and get where you want to go. But their live feature has to be the best. Pretty impressive.

Probably just a rare thing. Other books I can go several months without an error.

Still not graded. Had to wait 3 hours for the 1st fix... the 2nd one I talked with them on chat...... not that fuckign hard to fix. 5dimes fixes it right while on the chat. The book looks great but this does not make one happy. They should do better.

Been playing at Heritage since 2007. Never had em to this day grade a play incorrectly. Heck I can't even remember the last play any sportsbook of mine messed up

They misgrade, only in their favor, more than any book I have ever used. I called them out on it and they said "we use a 3rd party to resolve all bets and encourage you to review all settled bets for potential errors"

Absolutely no accountability and clearly is their way to sneak in another 0.5% profit each week.

Well, I used them in the past regularly and never really had a problem. Got fixed today after another email in the morning.

I'll imagine this is a one-time odd day deal, just weird. Anyways, it seems now that they have more offerings than 5dimes, which was one of the reasons why a lot of people preferred 5dimes. And I've got to say their new live option is amazing. Love it.

But that change to the home page when you log in.... booting the old home page setting that you constantly have go to the bottom of the page to access.... that is a major annoyance. And the "games in next 2 hours" should be an instant one-click option.... not a deal where you've got to make two clicks to access. That is a feature a lot of people love and others books don't have.

I don't have an account at Heritage, so probably should stay out of the thread.... But in this day and age with all the new technology it seems that should never happen at any book.

Well, I'll write this off as some freak occurrence that probably won't happen again... and I say that b/c their live feature is out of this world excellent. Love it. Although one has to be careful b/c it sometimes it will line change when in reality one is accepted.

This time they graded a loss a win. I asked them to correct it. They'll probably correct it in the morning.

I love this new live platform. in fact, it's my favorite in the world, tbh. However, they need some controls like other books to monitor their grading.... b/c 3 separate wrong gradings... that's a problem.

Again, I love the book. I hope they can improve that.

Man, I'm in love with the live offerings they have... but their reaction time to grading could do better.

Sent email last night and did chat. Still not graded.

How is it that books that aren't 1/10th as good as Heritage can grade live within the chat or get it done within 5 to 10 minutes? It's odd.

i wonder if it is because of the sports you bet. I don't know how much action they get on some of the stuff you play

Can't be a reason. I bet live on everything at different books across the board... and I get one misgrade maybe every 3 months... maybe... if that.

I've had 3 misgrades just in this thread alone. I'm not worried about b/c it will get corrected. It's just that they are one of the best... so they should be the best at grading correctly as well.
