im trying to do a payout at Heritage, doing bitcoin..1st problem it tell me to enter a phone that is sent to me by phone code, that does not work.i chat with a live person online and after going in all with all the security check pts in the end i get this Payouts requests should be done from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm PST
