Sony company/customer service is bullshit

A week or so ago i called SONY to complain about my TV being distorted and sound skipping and i went through a troubleshoot with the guy on the phone and it didn't help it,so he says check with my cable provider(directv)and see if its my receiver or something with my setup.So i did that and the first time Directv showed up the guy really didn't find anything,but he put new stuff up on the roof component and said if it still happens then call us back,so they came back and put a new receiver in and today it is still messing up.So i call SONY today and explain what i had done and they kept giving me the run around and had me on hold 4 times,then ran me through a reset from the factory.So in one of our brief conversations he says,i can't replace your TV,and i said why,its still under warranty and they said some bullshit that after 3 months the warranty is not good to replace it,and i said how could that be when it says a 1 year warranty and now you say that you don't honor it,i said thats crazy i never heard of anything like that,so after almost and hour of bullshit he says if it is still doing it then call back and we will send a tech out to see what he can do.I said the proper thing to do is just give me a new TV and that would be the right thing to do and he still said we can't give you a new TV since its 11 months old,and i said last i knew a year was 12 months but it didn't help,so he says watch the TV and see if it still does it,i said fine,as i could not deal with the guy anymore,...but if this is the case here,then SONY is a bunch of scumbags and i will never buy another product from them again

All these huge corporations have a lot of negative feedback for customer service, I've googled several big named companies & they all do.

The bigger they are, the less they give a crap.......

keyman, fuc that customer service rep you go above their head district manager or their supervisor.( say they were rude and you always by sony products) I have been given the run around by GE ,Ashley Furniture, Toyota. Do not give up, got a new engine from Toyota 130,000 miles over warranty, asshley furniture mysteriously raised my 0 percent interest for 70 months manager said she never saw anyone get their rate changed 3 years into note. GE terrible appliances, all broke within 3 years no joke, got free service and parts 3 years later. Find or ask for supervisors email, fuc those30K employees, go to the bosses they don't usually want to deal with the bs and give in easier. Reminds me of Comcast too, go above got better deal. I worked retail 20 plus years, I would fight my ballz off with the public and DM would always give in and replace or refund once complaint got to corporate.
