Can't find Buster's thread on this. Finally adding this to the arsenal. Which brand/model should I look at? Lotta options at Amazon.

Thats the one I have Harry....Works great. Its the one Buster was suggesting.
I was a little worried about the size at first, but haven't run into any circumstance where I can't fit everything inside.

You won't be disappointed.

I would definitely go with the Instantpot brand. I have the 6qt one and love it.

Any accessories that are must-have? I'm looking at a steaming insert for veggies.

Exact same one I have , brand that is, not sure on size, wife cooks a ton of stuff in it but my favorite is dropping a ton of peeled apples in it then boom, you have some great applesauce. We also do sushi rice in it quite a bit then obv all the other stuff.

Just bought the 8 quart today, was $109. Have not used it yet, but will certainly report back.
