FIU + 7, medium, average play, I would go large but # 1 WR Owens (887 yds) is doubtful (even if he plays he likely will not be explosive). They have a lot (5?) of other decent (200+ yd) receivers but taking away a true # 1 always hurts.
CUSA is looking good so far and is going against an AA team, AA did poorly last year and last night, well, SMU, pounded by a CUSA team.
FIU is close to home, getting 7 points, is a decent running team, on friendly artificial turf... Temple is a NT team.
Temple D is good but the O is not dynamic, and to cover 7 it's best to have a good running game Temple is # 100 ranked in rypg.
Both teams hungry for a win with first year coaches, but this is the first bowl for FIU in a long time and they want it badly, FIU's veteran HC Butch Davis has a very good bowl record.

This is another E play, a KEY component to my rationale, and this one is a level 7...

Yep.
This guy is not cutting it, looks like a huge drop from starter to # 2 QB.
However, if FIU can stay in the game till mid second half, if they let him scramble/run he might be able to pick up some big gains as Temple tires.
