thanks Jack, yes at 1st i didnt want to put myself in places that i may buy a beer or a cocktail like sport bars, but now it does not worry me at all, heck i just went to several christmas parties and really never had a problem, it was sad watching some of the people act like fools when they had too much. You really never think about that when you are drinking too, at least i did not. Thanks again Jack and bol for a great 2018 yr coming up

Yeah I am at that point that seeing a bottle of beer is a turn off. Being around people drinking has no negative effect on me. Merry Christmas and BOL to you.

CK...Never was much of a drinker a glass on wine now and then, never understood those that would get sloppy drunk...

Congrats.

Did you put on weight? I know it doesn't make sense in that you are not having all those alcohol calories but when I cut way, way, way, back on alcohol, I ate more. Maybe craving the sugars?? Not sure ... and maybe it is related to less exercise, eating out more due to weekly travel, and not missing meals to alcohol ... but just curious.
