When you don't know the circumstances regarding a dispute is better to keep your mouth shut.

Just saying... being in the business that you are, you often rub shoulders (knowingly or not) with scammers, stiffs and scumbags... don't know if you know that individual... but knowing (or hearing) how your best friend is a class act... makes me wonder how he got to associate with such character...

As for Brick, no I owe him jackshitt... this is what happened:
Nope... Brick is just going by what someone else said... I never did what that person said but felt guilty that Brick was feeling screwed so I offered Brick a solution so he didnt feel screwed and I didnt feel bad cause he was feeling screwed.... I dont like even the perception I did something wrong so I basically was gonna sacrifice some money to make someone happy who really doesnt need any more money than he has and he turned out to be a prick in the end going after me on xmas eve with one of my employers...
After realizing I was gonna sacrifice myself yet for another assshole I just decided not to. Make of that what you want.
A. Brick never LEANT me money.
B. Brick staked me for $200 MTT play at pokerstars.
C. We survived cashing and else for 3-4 days, then went busto.
D. If I was to go busto, I owed him nothing.
E. If I won I owed him 50% profit.
F. I won $350 WITH MY MONEY THAT SAME WEEK NOT HIS.
G. Profit was all mine since it was my money. He never said I couldnt play w my money.
H. I even told Joeybagadonuts I won that $ on the same night it happened, as Joey had staked me one week before and the entry was bought in with $11 that was left of Joey's stake, not Brick's... ALL OF BRICK's money at the time was pending, already registered on 8+ tournaments which I posted screenshots of. Joey staked me FREE, FREE OF PROFITS, he never wanted anything back... he just wanted to help me buy a new laptop for my new job.
Truth is Brick staked me because he bet Alexander Zverev +400 (A pick I posted at TGF for everyone to cash) and if I'm not mistaken he bet $500 on it.... so guy won $2k thanks to my capping skills and felt staking me for $200 was fair enough.
We lost. End of story. I am already banned at TGF relating to this so I paid more than enough for something I never did.

The person that exposed the situation above also posted my personal info, name, skype, phone number and pictures. I didnt like that obviously. We had been feuding all year and this was his strike.
Eventho I was decided on retaliation and got the same info about the guy (his info is/was available online on a restaurant article) I was not going to post it... SOMEONE ELSE from the US (as verified by the authorities) decided to make a phone call to his previous work place with death/terrorist threats... thinking I was gonna be blamed for it and so I was.
After police got involved it was apparent the call was made from the mainland US (Im in Costa Rica).
At the same time I started receiving death threats and silent calls of my own, 3-4 times a week. Those stopped last month.
Boat's reason for banning was the calls (verified it wasnt me) + he says Bookmaker decided not to renew sponsorship deal because of me (after I told a real story on how I was interrogated and harassed by Mickey the owner in a dark room surrounded by his bodyguards after they thought I was a 5Dimes employee sent to steal BM info)... he also claims a poster with over $200k on HRWager threatened to never play there and post again if I wasn't banned (I doubt there are 200k accounts at that tiny book but oh well)...
Those were the reasons. I wanted Boat fired. It was no secret we hated each other and I also spoke with George on the reg (he owns the forum)
Things just exploded and it was me vs 2 mods and the forum owner in the end... with little to no support from posters besides 3-4 guys there... after pretty much everyone took Boats word over mine...
