Ok here’s the situation. My book offers these futures:
alabama wins the NC +185
the field -215

Clemson wins NC +280
the field -330

Georgia wins NC +385
the field -405

okla wins NC +350
the field -420

my question is should I lay 500 on both Clemson and Bama then hedge it in the NC cuz they prolly gonna be favored. I’m thinking if I lay 500 on both and Bama wins I’ll be down 5(from clemson bet) with +925 if Bama wins. So if I hedge with a ML bet on okla/Georgia I can hedge to make at least 200 right?

Or should I do it the other way and lay 500 on okla and Georgia then ml the Bama/clemson winner... it seems like I can make some money either way, is my math wrong somewhere?

Nevermind this wouldn’t work if Bama won vs clemson then lost vs okla I’d be down quite a bit...silly me thinking the book would give out free $$
