He is a stud but Jake is still a freshman QB, gotta say Alabama....hope I catch -3 (-20), but not betting the house just b/c it's a final NCAA game. Maybe every other year Alabama would be funny and sad as a Razorback.

Maurice Clarett wasn't a Qb but a fantastic RB for Ohio St & tooknthe to the championship game vs Miami in 2002 & won as a freshman.

Just curious. When was the last time a freshman quarterback led his team to a national championship?

Jamelle Holieway led OU over Penn State in the 1985 Orange Bowl as a natural freshman....like Fromm, Holieway took over after a season ending injury to the starter and was so good the former starter ended up transferring to UCLA.

Really don't care as long as they win another NC!

Bama coaches wanted Georgia over Oklahoma because of the QB. FACT!
