First, I was not born with type 1 diabetes. I developed it by the age of 27, about 8 years ago. Going vegan literally saved my life. 95% of my diet consist of fruit. Here is why. Fructose(mostly from fruit) glucose(mostly from veggies) galactose (from milk). Those are your 3 single cell sugars, monosaccharides. Out of those 3, fructose uses mostly diffusion to get into my cells. It does not need a hormonal carrier(insulin). Not only that, it’s not regulated by the liver, unlike the other 2. Fruit is the highest vibrational, energy food you can consume. The nectar of the goods. When your cells replicate and rejuvenate fruit will help the most. Also, fruit contains plenty of distilled water. If it is a natural fruit and not altered, it has the perfect balance. Most people only need 50 grams of protein a day, the rest turns into carbs/sugar. No need of that for me. This is all tied into your lymphatic system, which is correlated to your neurological system, which is tied to your endocrine system.

As far as my pancreas is concerned, you usually stop most of your cell production by the age of 5. The cells then divide. My problem is my immune system sends out probes and they recognize my islets as foreign. Then the cells die faster than they can divide. When you reach 50 your pancreas produces only 60% of enzymes.

My a1c went from 10 to 6.

What is this pussy shit about fruit being the best food for you? I stack weights and wash it down with beef and chicken.

That is good that found a diet that works for you and that you are happy with. A forced diet change can be a struggle for a lot of people. Some people never make the necessary changes and end up suffering the consequences of it.

Congrats on getting better and all BUT

Not all bodies are the same... some us can and will enjoy meat, granted, not everyday...

Some us will never develop diabetes despite having a worse diet than you had because we were born without a pussy, LOL.
