Of course that's what he was referring to.......when it actuality it meant everything to a whole hell of a lot of people. Totally fucking moronic statement....no matter if he meant it or not. He sounded like the complete fucking talking potato head he is.

no shit, we're all standing there waiting to see what they would do

If the Saints didn't come out, they may have walked it in but I still don't think they would

Once the Saints were on the field, I knew they would take a knee. No disrespect and no injuries

So you're ripping Joe Buck because the extra point meant something to a lot of people with money on the game, but meant nothing to the game itself? If you had the Vikings -5.5, you had already given up on that bet anyway & were lucky as shit to have had a chance at the cover. NFL needs to get rid of the rule of having to kick the extra point if a team scores on the last play of the game. Ridiculous rant because you lost money.

Right.

Because as we all know gambling has nothing to do with the popularity of football.

Zimmer does not seem like the kind of guy who would have gone for two even if the Saints did not come back out.

Do you invest much time in the NFL? Don't bother answering. That guy is paid to research a game for 6 fucking days before he goes on-air. Any intelligent on-air man is going to know what the spread and total is before that game starts and ends.

I lost a total of $10 today after cashing with Jax. It wasn't about the money. It was about a very climactic moment when the field was rushed and thousands of people who had 5.5 were waiting on pins and needles for the extra point. Aided greatly by the officials, after review, going on mic and saying the extra point would be tried. There was still a glimmer of hope that Forbath would kick one. Yet, Buck deemed it one of the most anticlimactic moments in history.

Al Michaels is the greatest play by play man in this generation because he gets it from all angles. Al would NEVER have made such an assinine statement.

This isn't a you win and I lose thing. Get a fucking clue. It's a Joe Buck is 3 zip codes away from being the greatest. And that moronic fucking statement at that point in the aftermath proved it.

Hilarious. A bunch of degenerates mad because they lost a bet, so they call out an announcer for making an astute observation. At what point after the celebration and the fact that they had to bring the players back on the field did you seriously think they were going to kick the extra point. It was more than obvious they were going to kneel down (said as much to my wife when they were trying to gather everyone back up...most coaches wouldn't disrespect their opponent like that). And yeah, I've already heard what Belichick did way back when from the Patriots fans. Don't care. Sorry you lost your wager, but you're all a bunch of morons if you seriously thought they weren't going to kneel.

Exactly right. This was not some Week 12 game. It was a playoff game to send a team and their legions to the NFC Championship.

Announcers and analysts are a matter of taste. Joe Buck can be annoying like any of them. But he is hugely competent when stacked up against his peers.

I had a wager on New Orleans(+5'). Damn right I wasn't going anywhere. But in that moment, the truth is it was a hugely anticlimactic moment.

Nothing is obvious in the NFL anymore. You need to get that fucking clue or continue to type like it's 2010. For the millions of people who had money on that game, it was the furthest thing from anticlimactic that it could have been.

I guarantee you the first words out of Al's mouth when he heard that call was "moron".

I don't mind losing a game. I don't bet large.

But you seriously need to modernize yourself with today's NFL and get a fucking clue.

Asinine statement to the key audience besides Vikings fans that were still watching that game.

A little off topic but did anyone see the question Foles got asks seconds after winning the game last week. Absolutely one of the most shitty things Ive seen a reporter do in a long time.
