But how worn down is that defense by now?

And how hurt is fournette? Literally their only offensive weapon

Pitt put up a lot of points and a lot of big plays against that D. The game script was PERFECT for jags and they barely hung on. And that's with a lot of help from Pitt's terrible playcalling and game management.

This game has blowout written all over it.

Probably but will it be enough?

Gotta wonder whIch Jacksonville offense shows up...

Yep,which Blake Bortles will we get....That's the big question. The 87 passing yards from a week ago won't cut it.

Belichek is going to have answers for him. Bortles steps up when he is about to run and dumps it off about 75% of the time. That dump off pass will be covered this week. Belichek is going to make him throw it one on one outside when he is running around back there. Difference between Russel Wilson and a Blake Bortles is Russel can stop on a dime and fire in a 15 yard out route with no problems. Bortles on the other hand has to be able to do that to win/cover this week with those backyard football plays that he does. He looked confident vs Pitt and had whatever he wanted at all times. As of right now I have patriots winning by at least 9 points. But still have a lot to look at honestly before I lock in

BAS remember when I said the Pats were still a top 3 team and you LOL'd, seems like 3 years ago but it was not even 3 months ago. Now prohibitive favs to win the superbowl, more things change, more they stay the same....

42 points
545 yards
28 first downs

that's some impressive D I tell you, scary just to think about them

What's a stone cold fact is this, the Patriots will be the best team Jacksonville has played all year, they're not facing the pathetic offenses found in their division and they're not playing one of the teams found on their "last place schedule"

Dynasty is getting broken apart though. Josh Mcdaniels the clear genius on offense for this team. Patricia i'm still on the fence about, not really a fan but he can get the job done for a time.

Appreciate it while you have it, wont last forever.

Do you believe Jacksonville is going to shut down Brady?

Do you think Jacksonville is going to score on NE?

I think the Pats win on both sides of the ball, they're just starting to play their best football and they've been here before

But nothing is ever guaranteed

Pats should win, and they cover like no other team except Minnesota. But 9 points? That's tempting, 10 will be even more tempting.

I think the Pats win this game.. but some food for thought.. I don't see to many Pats WR's making those kinds of catches like the Steeler WR's did.. the game turned wide open because the Steelers were playing from behind the entire game , because the run was being stopped and they got to far behind..that tends to inflate the stats. Jax was in control the entire game.. Brady isn't as mobile as Ben , and that 4 man rush will be a bigger problem for Brady imo..We've seen this script before against Brady with Raven and Bronco defensive rush.. Pats win this game because they will probably turn Bortles over a couple times at least.. but if Bortles plays a clean game. Jags win imo.. but most likely that won't happen

NE is better on offense then Pitt, they finished number 1 in the league in yards, number 2 in scoring. Pitt plays sensational, Pats play steady

NE's defense finished 5th in scoring defense after allowing 30 points per game in September, they're playing awesome right now

Jacksonville is coming into town with the same MO as the Titans, run the ball because you have a lousy passer who's mobile and try to play physical on defense

Anything can happen, upsets happen all the time, but the Patriots are the better team in this match-up and they have a much bigger margin of error
