Just read a article about how their money is no good in commerce anymore. Article states that you can see paper money just blowing around the streets. That just seems unreal to me. What happens next? Civil war?

What a shithole this place must be. I have been to some dumps in the Caribbean but never seen money blowing around on the streets. I always thought this country had a lot of oil.

i knew it was terrible there but just read a couple articles and its still shocking. i wonder how safe it is if you were a US citizen that had some USD's and say gold and silver. could live like a king i would imagine
