Just wondering how many people go out for the big game from here...The Eagles/Patriots matchup should attract some kind of crowd.

I just don't see the appeal any more. You can get all the action you need online. You are dealing with crowds all weekend (stopped doing their parties years ago...would rather watch in my suite due to all the knuckleheads), and tables limits are all jacked up. I agree with Carolina. I'd rather be on a warm beach. The only reason I went even the one time over the last few years was because one of my affluent clients picked up the room in exchange for me being a bookie for him. Previous to that, I went to Hawaii one year, Puerto Vallarta another year, and Cancun another time. All for the same cost with sun and no crowds.

I understand what you are saying, but i have not been out there for the super bowl in several years, and this is also a business trip for me if i must say.I have 2 seats reserved for me at the Silverton Sportsbook,(which one is open at this time) and a paid invite to their super bowl party. The Silverton is usually a nice calm place to watch the games, but it probably will be a bit more crowded for the super bowl and thats alright that i don't have to fight for a seat and don't have to get their early to find one.

Desert Devil and Stinky where are you guys staying and watching the game,it would be good to meet up and say hi
