Person A: "Will you pay me $100 for every winner I posted"?

Person B: "Will you pay me $100 for every loser you posted"?

And then they both agreed.

Now Person B is saying they never agreed to Person A's wager... Because he is stating he "Never Agreed" to the wager, and that he was just offering to wager that Person A pay him $100 for Every loser.

And Person A believes it was a wager that they both pay each other based on Wins vs Losses because Person B never declined the wager.

Anything worthwhile?

So... Will you pay me $100 for every winner I posted in the sports forum section this NFL season?

seems like he backed out at the last minute with his nuanced response, "sure, I'll take $ 100 for every loser you post"

he was obviously afraid to bet you

Agreed. He was saying sure to paying him for every loss, nothing more.

Looks like an offer and then a counter offer. If you countered by restating both statements into one and then you both agreed, little doubt he should own up but as it is he should own up anyways for being such a pussy.

He owes you $800. If your record had been 1-9 he’d be calling for that same $800 his way.
