Thread: Ignition Casino(Bovada sister)

    After playing on Ignition Casino for around a month and a half and getting numerous payouts by Bitcoin without a problem...Ignition just today decided to lock my account and requested for me to call them...

    I call and they inform me they no longer want to do business with me... and the account would be peramently closed...when I stress them on giving details I am told....this is all the information you will get...the account contained $4,312.

    They asked for verification documents the first day I started playing...which I sent in and the account was verified.(over a month and a half ago) No idea what is going on here....any help would be appreciated.

    thanks for the heads up. ive played poker with bovada/ignition for a couple of years. I never win so I dont know what its like to cash out haha!

    Many upgrades & improvements coming to Therx soon.

    But the sites will probably always differ in posting personalities...

    bovada bans anyone that wins so expect it from a sister site

    i hadn't even taken a withdrawal in more than a year then had one killer week for 7k and cashed out 5k. i was suddenly limited to $5 max bets, question it, and got this email:

    We understand your frustration with having your limits reduced; however we are a recreational site and we've identified non-recreational betting patterns in your account.

    We'll still accept your wagers; however, you can only bet up to the maximum limit currently set in your account.

    they did pay out the rest of my balance upon request but it sounds like they are keeping your 4k? never heard of them do that...ever. my guess is there is something you're not telling us about this situation....

    Wow! 5 bucks max bets on sports!?!?! I've never had any problems withdrawing, however all of my winnings come from the poker tables.

    They are so unbelievably rude...I keep asking for why this is occurring and all they reply with is either "sorry" and "o well" or my favorite "we have simply just chosen not to do business with you any longer" Won't give me a specific reason whatsoever...$4,312 in the account. The account had long been verified also...have had numerous payouts...including one 2 days ago...this has been a complete shock to me.

    I guess I'm lucky then. When my account approaches 2K I always withdraw 1k. I never have more than 2000 in my account, although I do see numerous player with 5 to 10k on the poker table.

    Yep...basically all I ever play is poker there...i am really at a shock with this...didnt think at all they where a scam site. Won't give me a single reason as to "why"

    I call in again today to try to get any specifics of why ignition is trying to steal $4,312...once again get nowhere...funny moment though...they ask me my date of birth...which i give...they than ask..."how old does that make you?"....as if they are going to trick me. This is just assaine at this point.

    Yes...the exact same site. When Ignition locked my account Bovada didn't it instantly also...I opened and verified them at the same time because I wasn't sure which I wanted to play(bovada having a sportsbook). I chose ignition to just focus on poker....never deposited a dime in bovada but they still closed the account because ignition had.....Still waiting on a resolution.

    Any advice of what more I can do to try to retrieve these funds? I have contacted SBR and have just written an email to the kahnawake gaming commission. Ignition refuses to even talk to me or give me a reason for stealing these funds...outside of saying..."we no longer want to do business with you"

    Have you followed through as drew suggested above and/or heard from anyone?

    Yes...first thing I did and I have heard from Matt. Just want to put as much pressure on these guys as I can...the customer service reps are very friendly...but the higher ups are as rude and ignorant as you can get...

    kahnawake gaming commission license in 2016...so they cant help...ugh

    I am shocked over this also...as I also never had a problem...they paid like clock work every 3rd day by bitcoin.
