Some or possibly most books require you to play your deposit 1x before withdrawal.

Or used to.

Maybe this is what they told you.

How many times rollover did they tell you?

Call back & ask.

Usually you have to make some plays first, before you withdraw.

This is to keep ppl from just moving money around.

I have not had to make a deposit for a couple of years so I really don't know.

You just have to play $500 total in bets (action) before you request a withdrawal.

Let's say you make five $100 bets.

Doesnt matter if you win or lose, you will have met the $500 requirement & can withdraw if you wanted to.
