Make no doubts about it, Cuomo is a fraud to the core. In the end, however, he is a hired hand and just plays the narrative they give him. But you have to weigh the fact that he is a man that has sold his country down the river for a few dollars. Fraud.
Btw, the fact that he is taking that tone (before the release of the memo) means that it must be grave. If it was a nothingburger, they'd play the other side. They have to at least try to "get ahead of it".
