a career game manager going to a team with less talent around him.... probably not a winning ticket

Gaveup a 2nd rounder and are paying Smith 70m guaranteed.

He won't have near the talent around him that he had in KC. Don't see this working.

Very interested to see where Cousins goes as I do think he is underrated. That team was a no win situation this year with all the injuries/FA losses they had. But there doesn't appear to be any obvious destinations for him. Minnesota getting him would be a power move but their cap situation isn't great.

So Mahomes is the man in K.C. good for him.

Alex Smith doesn't impress me.

The question is where is Cousins heading.

Maybe Arizona just a guess

One less team drafting ahead of the saints not looking for a qb.

Get over here mayfield .

Let Sean Payton turn you into a hall of famer

Arizona
Denver
NY Jets
Cleveland
Buffalo

One of these 5 seem to be the most logical landing spot. It's going to be interesting to see it play out. Arizona or Denver probably make the most sense.

1 thing about Cousins is it does seem nuts the Skins didn't just pay him 2 years ago. Solid QB's in their prime never hit the open market. Redskins pay everyone and haven't had much of a track record with QB's since Snyder owned the team so it is surprising they never committed to him.

So you do wonder if there is something wrong with him, he could be on the sauce.

I think oddly enough . Cousins and smith are the 2 most underrated QBs in the nfl .
I don’t think this is much of a downgrade for Washington or an upgrade.

I think both are above average .

Just an ego thing I guess.

Brown's are drafting a QB

The other 4 teams can sure use Cousins

You would think so, but Joe Thomas can out and said he hopes they sign Cousins and then they can draft 2 studs(Saquon Barkley and a guy like Minkah Fitzpatrick). Browns are something like $125 million under the cap.

rumor is the Vikings are going to take a stab at drew.

Teddy injury was bad....to risky to sign long term
bradford was best we had but knees are bad and is also a risk
keenum had a good year but drew would be an upgrade.

The Vikes are primed to win now. Saints will be strapped to pay him unless he is willing to take less like Brady. Doubtful especially with his position in the union

cousins to the cards makes alot of sense. top 5 rb in david Johnson, alot of young talented wrs there (brown, brown, and nelson). te that came along this season. Good weather and a few stars on the defensive side of the ball

I think Smith is underrated in the sense that a lot of people just think he sucks and he's average to above average but I doubt he comes close to replicating his success in KC. They just had way better players around him and Andy Reid for all his faults is considered 1 of the better offensive minds in the game.

Tyfreak Hill, Kelce, Charles, Maclin...They just always had a solid cast around him.

The Redskins just don't. He gonna fall hard.
